1. How do I measure myself for a waist jewel?
To find your perfect fit, use a soft measuring tape around your waist while standing naturally—don't suck in your stomach. Choose where you'd like your jewel to sit: high waist, mid waist, or hips. Measure on bare skin or over thin fabric like leggings. All waist jewels include a 2-inch extender for flexible wear.
2. What's the difference between a waist jewel and waistbeads?
Waist jewels are modern adornments handcrafted with high-quality materials—14k gold-filled chains, gemstones, and intentional details. Waistbeads, often worn daily and purchased wholesale, offer a more traditional, stackable aesthetic.

3. What materials do you use?
We use 14k gold-filled chains, durable clasps, and ethically sourced semi-precious stones. Gold-filled jewelry offers the richness of gold with longer wear, water resistance, and skin sensitivity in mind.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Each waist jewel is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 days for creation before shipment. For waistbeads and ready-made pieces, processing is 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking info once your order ships.
5. Do you offer repairs?
Yes. If your waist jewel pops due to a defect or natural wear, we offer one complimentary repair. Shipping to us is your responsibility, but we'll ship it back at no cost. Contact us with a photo for approval.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the intimate and handcrafted nature of our adornments, we do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges for unworn items of equal or greater value. Size exchanges may include a small restocking fee. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location. International customers are responsible for any customs or duties fees.
8. Can I wear my waist jewel in water?
Yes. Our 14k gold filled hardware is water resistant and designed for daily wear. For best longevity, avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine and saltwater and gently dry after getting wet.
9. Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we occasionally accept custom requests depending on availability. Please email us with your vision, materials, and deadline, and we'll let you know if we can accommodate.
10. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

11. What's the difference between gold-filled, gold-plated, and solid gold — and how long does gold-filled last?
Gold-plated has a very thin layer of gold (typically less than 0.5 microns) applied over a base metal. It's the most affordable option, but because the layer is so thin, it can wear away relatively quickly — especially with daily skin contact, sweat, and friction.
Gold-filled is made by mechanically bonding a solid layer of real gold — at least 5% of the item's total weight — onto a base metal core using heat and pressure. That's significantly more gold than plating, which is why gold-filled pieces tend to hold their appearance much longer and are generally considered safe for sensitive skin. All of our Waist Jewelry is crafted with 14k gold-filled hardware.
Solid gold is gold throughout — the most durable and the most expensive. It won't tarnish, but that quality comes at a premium.
How long does gold-filled jewelry last?
There's no universal answer — it depends heavily on how a piece is worn and cared for. With mindful habits (keeping it dry between wears, avoiding direct contact with chlorine, perfume, and harsh chemicals, and storing it away from moisture), gold-filled jewelry can maintain its appearance for many years.
